WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

COLOR ADJUSTMENTS
Here at Revive Salon we strive to provide the highest level of service. Should you wish to have a color or toner adjustment, please contact us within five days or your original appointment.

We look forward to seeing you at your appointment. To secure your appointment date, we will need a credit card to keep on file. Please text or call us with the following information.

Your card will not be charged before services are rendered unless you cancel or make changes to your appointment outside of our cancellation policy which is listed below:

We respectfully REQUIRE a 24 hour notice for cancellations or changes to the service scheduled.

If you have to make any changes to your originally scheduled services that day , you will be charged for the originally scheduled service that was put in the book.

Should you make changes to your originally scheduled service less than 24 hours prior, you will be charged 50%

Same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the cost of the service scheduled.

NO SHOWS will be charged 100% or the service that was scheduled.

Should cancellations or changes to service happen more than three times, we regret that you will be prohibited from scheduling future appointments with us.
LATENESS
Revive salon has a 15 minute lateness policy. If you are running late for your appointment, please call ahead to let us know. Should you arrive beyond 15 minutes, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely, in which case a cancellation fee will apply.
